Analysis

We identify the company’s functional needs through requirements gathering and process reengineering. We then draw up a Business Solution Design (BSD) document, specifying the solution for each need. Finally, we present and discuss the document before moving on to the next stage.

Implementation

We configure, parameterise, install and validate the project modules. During this process, we also schedule regular meetings to follow up on, and keep the customer informed of the status of implementation.

Training

In this stage, we prepare and provide bespoke training on how to use the new system to all company staff. We are happy to work around your team’s schedule and their specific needs so that the learning experience is effective and convenient.

Support

After completing the project, we provide support to answer any questions about how to use the tool, resolve incidents and make further improvements to the system to ensure optimal performance.
