Odoo Consultant Profile

The Odoo Consultant’s main duty is to demonstrate to the customer that Odoo is the ideal solution for managing their business. For this purpose, they must be able to ask the right questions to get a clear picture of the customer’s requirements, advise them on all their processes and ensure that they can be implemented effectively with Odoo.


Challenges of the role:

  • Efficient work management: organise tasks, track time, document processes, and ensure full traceability of all activities to build customer trust in the service provided.
  • Realistic planning: develop structured schedules that allow for flexibility and adjustments when needed, adapting to changes without compromising service quality.
  • Detailed documentation: generate clear, useful reports that facilitate understanding and ensure seamless continuity of the work for other professionals.

The professional we are looking for will be:

  • Resident in Spain (essential).
  • Minimum studies: higher level vocational training (Diploma).
  • Minimum experience: at least 2-3 years’ working knowledge of Odoo, including implementations and migrations.
  • Knowledge of OCA modules.
  • Knowledge of customer project management with Odoo.
  • Desirable:
    • Project Management Certification
    • Odoo Certification
  • Languages required:
    • Spanish - Native or bilingual level
    • English - optional, with the opportunity to participate in international projects
