Project Manager Profile

The Odoo PM leads Odoo implementation and enhancement projects, understands customer needs and positions it as an end-to-end solution. They stand out for their empathy, assertiveness and strategic capability, managing tasks, teams and commitments with traceability and realistic planning. They promote collaboration and see change as an opportunity for growth, integrating team input to deliver efficient solutions.

Challenges of the role:

• Strategic planning: design projects aligned with the customer’s specific needs, anticipating risks and possible incidents.
• Organisation: ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
• Documentation: able to keep detailed records of processes that are easy to understand for everyone involved.
• Self-management: organisation and control over deadlines and tasks, able to meet commitments and successfully complete projects.
• Leadership: effectively supervise and manage teams, encouraging collaboration and the personal development of team members.

The professional we are looking for will be:

• Resident in Spain (essential).
• Minimum studies: higher level vocational training (Diploma).
• Minimum experience: at least 4 years’ working knowledge of Odoo.
• Knowledge of OCA modules.
• Two years leading, planning and managing projects in Odoo.
• Leadership and supervision, good people management skills.

• • Spanish - Native or bilingual level
  • English - optional, with the opportunity to participate in international projects.
